When QA manages the release \u2013 and makes everything much easier<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At first glance, the merging of QA and Release Manager responsibilities might sound radical. But in practice, especially in agile or CI\/CD-driven environments, it often happens naturally \u2014 and works surprisingly well.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not just about speeding things up,\u201d says Aleksandra Neukirch<\/strong>. \u201cWhen QA leads the release, you eliminate friction. The person who understands the risk is also the one deciding when to go live.\u201d<\/p>\n
