We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst (m/f/d) for our Munich office.

Your Tasks
- Gathering business requirements for various projects with a focus on e-commerce.
- Bridging the gap between business and IT — in the broadest sense between all parties involved in IT projects (e.g. product owners, business departments, development teams, and marketing).
- Leading workshops and discussions between different stakeholders to find an aligned approach
- Actively participating in the development of solution proposals together with the development teams
- Organizing and leading user acceptance tests, review sessions, and business meetings with subsequent follow-up of the results
Your Profile
- Professional experience as a business analyst, including managing, tracking, and delivering requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Excellent management and communication skills with all stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
- Proven experience in conducting workshops with clients
- Interest and understanding of customers’ core business
- Fluent in German and Business English
