Your Tasks
- Reception and support service for our guests as well as employees
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Organizing and coordinating workshops, events, and conferences and preparing the rooms for them
- Managing e-mail inboxes and forwarding them to the relevant departments as well as correspondence with the property management company
- Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies
- Planning and organizing business trips for employees
- Preparation of accounts
Your Profile
- Completed vocational education in the commercial field
- Computer skills in all programs relevant to the office, such as MS Office, e-mail, etc.
- Service-oriented thinking in dealing with customers
- Reliability, punctuality, and honesty
- Independent way of working
- Organizational talent
- Good knowledge of German including spelling and grammar
