Location: Munich
We are looking for candidates who are characterized by independence and self-organization, who enjoy working in an international team, who are interested in long-term cooperation and who are open to new technologies. A great curiosity about the world and a good sense of humor are highly appreciated.
Your Tasks
- Welcoming and looking after our guests and employees
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Organizing and coordinating workshops, events and conferences and preparing the rooms for them
- Managing email inboxes and forwarding them to the relevant departments as well as correspondence with the property management company
- Monitoring the stock of office supplies and ordering replenishments
- Planning and organizing business trips for employees
- Preparing accounting statements
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- IT skills in all programs relevant to the office, such as MS Office, e-mail, etc.
- Service-oriented thinking in dealing with customers
- Reliability
- Independent way of working
- Organizational talent
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
