Your Tasks
- Organization and responsibility for both the project team and the customer
- Team and budget planning
- Analytical thinking with a positive and solution-oriented mindset to be able to recommend strategies, ideas, and follow-up projects, as well as solutions to the client
- An eye for detail to ensure high-quality deliverables at all times
- Building strong and close client relationships and constantly striving for excellence in customer service
- Ensure that scope, time, cost, and quality aspects are met
- Effective and efficient communicator who has experience presenting to clients and seeks client contact
- Engagement in Business Development, meaning to always listen to customer needs and propose options to meet these needs
Your Profile
- Proven professional experience as a project manager, preferably in an international work environment and with a digital and agile focus.
- Very good experience with project management processes, software, and tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Slack, Teams)
- Proven ability to organize and deliver workshops with clients
- Ability to understand and live agile ways of working and also deal with hybrids
- Proven ability to plan and organize projects
- Strong communication skills, initiative, people skills, and a high level of self-organization and problem-solving ability
- Strong understanding of current technologies and a high interest in learning about future technologies
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in e-commerce is an advantage
- The ability to work in a team is a must
