Location: Munich
We are looking for candidates who are self-starters and well-organized, enjoy working in an international team, are interested in long-term collaboration, and are open to new technologies. A great curiosity about the world and a good sense of humor are highly appreciated.
Your tasks
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
- Recruitment and selection of qualified candidates: Creating and publishing job advertisements, conducting applicant screenings and interviews, working closely with specialist departments to define requirement profiles, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting employees from an international team throughout their entire employment cycle
- Conducting performance reviews and performance appraisals
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations
- Promoting a positive corporate culture and employee retention
- Contract management
- Handling day-to-day HR operations
- Being the point of contact for project managers and employees for all HR issues
Your Profile
- A degree in economics or a comparable field, alternatively professional training in human resources management
- Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience working with HR software
- Enjoy operational and administrative HR day-to-day business
- Team-oriented way of working and flexibility
- High level of social competence and empathy in dealing with employees
- Experience in recruitment and talent management
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
