We are looking for a full-time Solution Sales Specialist (m/f/d).

Your tasks
- Networking: Researching potential customers, identifying key persons, and generating interest (international)
- Analyzing customer needs and requirements and developing tailor-made solution concepts and strategies.
- Responsibility for all sales activities, including representing the company professionally. This requires comprehensive knowledge of our product range.
- Experience in BID management: Experience in managing offer processes within the framework of complex tendering procedures, including the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of tender documents (RFP management).
- Preparing and following up on sales appointments, i.e., documenting the results of meetings in our CRM tool and, if desired, sending information about our products and our company
- Maintaining customer data in our CRM
- Supporting sales and marketing staff, e.g., in sales promotion activities through outgoing cold calls or emails
- Registering our company on customer portals
- Coordinating with our architects and project managers
Your profile
- Degree in computer science or business informatics, or alternatively, a strong technical background with a keen interest in sales (career changers welcome)
- High level of motivation and enthusiasm for IT, as well as strong commitment and ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Experience in preparing quotations
- Ability to cooperate with marketing and develop your own marketing strategies
