Despite the challenging times in the wake of the multiple crises, the majority of B2B companies continue to invest more in the area of digitization. In this 2nd part of the study, manufacturers and wholesalers were asked specifically about their digitization projects – from high abandonment rates to nebulous KPIs, investment preferences, and their biggest challenges.
